Technology isn’t the enemy.

Disconnection is.

I help overwhelmed parents reclaim real family life—conversations, presence, and connection—in today’s screen-saturated world.

Because when technology fills every quiet moment, we lose time for what truly matters. I believe this: when parents transform their relationship with technology, their kids’ childhoods transform too.

You can feel it.

Screens have quietly crept into every corner of family life — the kitchen table, the car ride, even the bedtime routine.

We tell our kids to put their devices down, but we’re not sure we’re modeling what healthy looks like anymore.

We want slower days, real laughter, and moments that don’t revolve around a screen…but the digital world keeps pulling us back in.

And It’s not that technology is bad. It’s that disconnection has become normal. And most parents are left wondering:
How do we raise present, grounded kids in a world that never stops scrolling?

I'm Chris Sciullo—founder of Wildly Well, parent of four, and I asked myself that same question.

When I first noticed my kids glued to their screens, I did what most parents do—I set limits. Timers. Rules. Boundaries.

But limits turned me into the screen police…and every day was a battle over minutes. I was constantly monitoring, nagging, negotiating. And instead of bringing us closer, I was pushing us further apart.

That's when I realized I had it backwards—I was trying to limit screens instead of strengthen connection.

So I stopped policing and started investing in connection. Small changes—phone-free mornings, intentional rhythms, spaces where we could actually see each other again.

Those experiments became the H.E.A.L. Method—a framework that has helped 100+ families trade digital chaos for real connection.

What is the H.E.A.L. Method?

  • Habits

Small, consistent actions shape our relationship with technology. By redesigning daily routines, we shift from mindless use to mindful engagement.

  • Environment

Our surroundings silently influence behavior. By setting up tech-friendly spaces—or tech-free zones—we make better choices easier and automatic.

  • Alternatives

Replacing screen time with real-world activities like outdoor play, creativity, or conversation fills the gaps and builds a richer, more connected life.

  • Limits

Healthy boundaries around device use protect time, energy, and focus—allowing technology to serve us, not control us.
